The Emergency Homeowners Loan Program (EHLP)

 
Unfortunately, the application deadline for the Emergency Homeowners’ Loan Program (EHLP) has expired. While it is no longer possible to apply for foreclosure prevention assistance through EHLP, other programs are available that may be of assistance to you. Additional information about other foreclosure and loss mitigation programs is available below. 

EHLP States

Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming as well as the commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
